- Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
Return Process

2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for returning your item(s). Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
3. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include all accessories, and use the shipping label provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. We will notify you once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
- Process: To exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange. If you need the new item sooner, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item.
